The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, strong Windows Server and Linux skills, and solid knowledge of networking. You will ensure security, backups, and reliable IT support while collaborating with junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar IT role.
• Proficiency in managing Windows Server and Linux environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols and hardware (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
