Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of clients' end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.
• Identify inefficiencies, risks, and cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain.
• Develop and implement optimized supply chain strategies, including network design, inventory management, and transportation planning.
• Utilize advanced analytics and modeling tools to forecast demand and manage supply chain risks.
• Collaborate with clients to implement changes and measure the impact on performance metrics.
