Job summary

Isanqa Resourcing is seeking an Advanced Sub-Product Owner / Proxy Product Owner to join the core Product Management team within our client’s global IT Hub and drive vehicle master data assets.

The role requires 8+ years of business analysis or proxy product ownership, strong Jira/Confluence skills, and cloud/migration experience. You’ll translate complex requirements into prioritized stories and steer agile ceremonies with global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years BA experience, 6+ years on custom software solutions.
• Proxy/Sub-Product ownership experience.
• PM or Agile leadership certifications advantageous.
• Cloud certifications advantageous (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 2 weeks at a time.

Responsibilities

• Roadmap & Backlog Execution: translate requirements into backlog items.
• Agile Facilitation: steer sprint ceremonies and track burndown metrics.
• Value & Capacity Optimization: maximize product value within sprint capacity.
• Quality & Acceptance: define DoD and acceptance criteria for increments.
• Stakeholder & Conflict Escalation: align stakeholders and manage escalations.
