Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Welder focusing on structural steel fabrication.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and welding symbols.
• Knowledge of metallurgy and welding consumables relevant to structural projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced welding operations on structural steel components using SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW.
• Read and interpret structural fabrication drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications accurately.
• Ensure all welds meet quality standards and strength requirements, free from defects.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment safely and efficiently, including grinders.
• Conduct self-inspections and collaborate with quality control personnel to ensure compliance.
• Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and company procedures on the shop floor.
