Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering.
• Professional registration with ECSA as Pr. Eng is essential.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in structural engineering design.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., SAP2000, Etabs, Revit Structure).
• In-depth knowledge of structural principles, material behavior, and construction methods.
• Experience in managing structural aspects of infrastructure projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design and analysis for infrastructure projects including bridges, industrial facilities, and buildings.
• Develop detailed design calculations, drawings, and specifications using relevant software.
• Collaborate with project teams, including other engineering disciplines and architects.
• Perform site visits and inspections to ensure construction quality and adherence to designs.
• Review and approve shop drawings and material submittals.
