Placements24 is partnering with a prestigious engineering consultancy in Klerksdorp to recruit a Senior Structural Engineer. You will lead infrastructure design across bridges, dams, and industrial facilities, guiding project teams and liaising with clients.

You bring 8+ years in structural engineering, PrEng with ECSA, and deep familiarity with SANS codes. This role offers growth, mentorship, and exposure to high-impact projects in the North West province.

Qualifications

• BEng or BSc in Civil/Structural Engineering with professional registration (PrEng) with ECSA.
• Minimum 8 years post-graduate experience in structural/infra projects.
• Proven leadership and project management for major infrastructure schemes.
• Familiar with SAP2000, ETABS, Prokon and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design of bridges, dams, retaining walls, and industrial buildings.
• Perform complex analysis and calculations using advanced software.
• Develop detailed drawings, specifications, and design reports.
• Ensure designs comply with SANS and international codes.
• Manage project teams including junior engineers and technicians.
