Qualifications

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Professional registration as Pr. Eng. with ECSA.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in structural design of buildings.
• Strong knowledge of South African building codes (NBR/SANS).
• Experience with ETABS, SAP2000, Revit Structure and Prokon.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design process for various building types, including high-rise, commercial, and residential structures.
• Perform complex structural analysis and design using advanced software.
• Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and calculation reports.
• Ensure designs comply with NBR, SANS codes and other standards.
