Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Structural Biology, Biochemistry, Biophysics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience determining protein structures via X-ray crystallography and/or Cryo-EM.
• Proven track record of solving challenging protein structures.
• Experience with protein expression, purification, and biophysical characterization.
• Familiarity with structure-based drug design and hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

• Determine high-resolution structures of protein targets using X-ray crystallography and/or Cryo-EM.
• Optimize protein expression, purification, and crystallization/sample preparation protocols.
• Analyze and interpret structural data to understand protein function and drug-target interactions.
• Collaborate with medicinal chemists and computational biologists to guide structure-based drug design.
• Contribute to project strategy and decision-making within drug discovery programs.
• Maintain and operate state-of-the-art structural biology instrumentation.
