Our client in Pretoria is seeking a senior Structural BIM Modeler/Technician with 10+ years of experience to work on complex structural projects. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is essential, along with reinforcement detailing for concrete and steel works.

Afrikaans fluency, a valid driver’s license, and own transport are required. The role suits a highly skilled modelling professional capable of independent and team-based work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in structural BIM modelling and draughting.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD — essential.
• Extensive experience in modelling and drafting reinforced concrete and structural steel works.
• Reinforcement detailing experience required.
• Fluent in Afrikaans (essential) — both written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM modelling on complex structural projects within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Work independently with minimal oversight and contribute to project delivery.
• Collaborate with engineers and detailers to ensure accurate drafting and detailing.
