Afrikaans fluency, a valid driver’s license, and own transport are required. The role suits a highly skilled modelling professional capable of independent and team-based work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in structural BIM modelling and draughting.

• Extensive experience in modelling and drafting reinforced concrete and structural steel works.
• Reinforcement detailing experience required.
• Fluent in Afrikaans (essential) — both written and verbal.

This is a senior-level position for a highly skilled modelling professional with a minimum of 10 years' experience, capable of working both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team on complex structural projects.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in structural BIM modelling and draughting
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD — essential
• Extensive experience in modelling and drafting reinforced concrete and structural steel works
• Reinforcement detailing experience required
• Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently with minimal oversight
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational and time management skills
• Experience with CadsRC will be beneficial
• Fluent in Afrikaans (essential) — both written and verbal
• Valid driver’s license
• Own reliable transport
