Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in stock control, inventory management, procurement, or supply chain administration.
• At least 2 years in a senior or supervisory stock control role.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels across all stores and central facilities.
• Monitor stock movements, variances, wastage, and shrinkage.
• Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
• Manage supplier ordering processes and stock replenishment.
• Produce detailed stock, cost, and variance reports.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock valuation.
• Support operational teams with stock planning and forecasting.
• Manage stock transfers between sites.
• Ensure compliance with company stock management procedures.
• Train and support store managers on stock processes and controls.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within stock management systems and processes.
