Tech Mahindra in Johannesburg is seeking a Senior Solutions Support specialist to provide advanced application support, manage continuous improvement projects, and train end users. You will troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, monitor interfaces, liaise with vendors and regional IT, and develop comprehensive support documentation.

Competenze

• Knowledge of Transport Management Systems and SQL is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics or Transport Management a plus.
• Willingness to travel and hold a valid passport.

Mansioni

• Provide L2 & L3 support and own MCO subjects; validate L1 resolutions.
• Gather business requirements and translate into technical specs with regional teams or vendors.
• Perform configuration and testing on the Transport Management System (TMS).
• Provide pre, current, and post Go-live support and training.
• Develop training materials and deliver engaging end-user training.
• Use incident history to suggest improvements and participate in IMS program.
• Coordinate onsite and web-based training sessions and manage MIS tickets.
