Qualifications

• Fluent written and spoken English (C1 or above).
• Strong background in automated or non-automated material handling equipment.
• Experience leading industrial engineering projects or programs.
• Experience with end-to-end project management and delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Civil Engineering, Architecture or country equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own and direct complex, high-visibility programs across European and international fulfilment networks.
• Oversee project management services, design services, and partner performance for automation initiatives.
• Lead design and engineering efforts with minimal oversight and allocate resources.
• Develop program budgets, manage spend approvals, and drive cost optimization.
• Coordinate with external project managers, architects, design consultants, contractors and subcontractors to meet Amazon priorities.
• Drive cross-team process improvements affecting multiple geographies.
• Recruit engineering talent and mentor Operations Engineers at all levels.
• Contribute to long-term planning and data-driven prioritization.
• Represent engineering perspectives in leadership reviews.
