Qualifikationen

• Essential: 5 years experience in System Analysis / Solution Analysis
• Experience in Software Development; Salesforce or nCino experience preferred
• Experience in Agile and SAFe environments; experience with UAT and production deployments

Aufgaben

• Analyse and validate business and system requirements; translate into technical specs and user stories.
• Produce detailed system specifications and process flows; define configuration and integration requirements.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure alignment with enterprise standards; identify gaps and remediation approaches.
• Work with developers through the lifecycle; clarify requirements; assist in backlog refinement and release readiness.
• Define acceptance criteria; support SIT/UAT; validate functionality against requirements.
