Indsafri is seeking a Senior Developer to join our engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain high-quality software while acting as a technical lead, mentoring juniors, and conducting code reviews.

You will architect scalable solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize performance, security, and reliability. Strong problem-solving and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of design patterns, data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS, Azure or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software components and services.
• Provide technical leadership and guide junior developers via mentorship and code reviews.
• Architect scalable, maintainable solutions for complex business needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers and stakeholders on scope and deliverables.
