Indsafri is seeking a Senior Java / Angular Engineer to design, build, and evolve modern service-based applications using Angular, Java, and cloud-native tech. The role blends hands-on delivery with technical leadership across the full software lifecycle.

You will shape solution design, influence architectural direction, and contribute to the long-term technology strategy within the enterprise. Collaboration with business and tech teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent fintech experience).
• Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade front-end and back-end applications.
• Exposure to modern integration patterns and microservices architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain high-quality Java and Angular applications across front-end and back-end layers.
• Apply architectural patterns to deliver scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Integrate developed components into enterprise-grade systems aligned to standards.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and resilience requirements.
• Produce and maintain technical design artefacts and architectural documentation.
• Collaborate across business and technology teams on solution design sessions.
• Mentor team members and uphold coding standards.
