Job summary

Indsafri is seeking a seasoned Software Developer to translate detailed designs into robust software. You will develop critical components, ensure maintainable and scalable solutions, and guide junior developers while troubleshooting and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities span from designing robust system components and deploying artifacts to collaborating with designers, product owners, and engineering leads.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business process analysis.
• Experience with IBM BPM/BAW or Camunda (modeling, automations, deployments).
• 5+ years software development with Java/Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality, working software that meets design specifications.
• Develop and implement complex technical components within your area of accountability.
• Design robust, fault-tolerant system components for large, complex systems.
• Deliver observable and scalable software.
• Estimate work effort accurately.
• Troubleshoot and guide other team members to resolve issues.
