Job summary

Klipboard is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to lead delivery on our C# / .NET products (ASP.NET and Blazor) on Azure, and to shape how the team builds software in an AI-native way. You’ll be hands-on while guiding others, setting the bar for architecture, testing, and security and coaching engineers to leverage AI safely and effectively.

You will design AI-enabled features (copilots, RAG, summarisation, structured extraction, agents), drive Azure DevOps or Jira workflows and CI/CD, and

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering C# / .NET applications with ASP.NET or Blazor.
• Experience shaping architecture, testing, and security in a CI/CD environment.
• Background coaching teams in AI-assisted development and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of significant features and services on Azure
• Set the technical bar in code review, architecture, testing, and security
• Own and evolve our AI-assisted development practice — tooling choice, guardrails, prompt patterns
• Design and build AI-enabled product features (copilots, RAG, summarisation, structured extraction, agents) using Azure OpenAI
• Drive Azure DevOps or Jira workflow, backlog shaping, and CI/CD pipeline design
