Klipboard is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead delivery on our C# / .NET products (ASP.NET and Blazor) hosted on Azure, shaping how the team builds software in an AI-native way.
You will be hands-on and mentor engineers, drive Azure DevOps or Jira workflows, design AI-enabled features (Copilots, RAG, summarisation) and collaborate with Product, QA and Support on technical decisions. Hybrid work policy applies—the team splits three days in the office and two days at home.

We are hiring a Senior Software Engineer to lead delivery on our C# / .NET products (ASP.NET and Blazor) on Azure, and to help shape how the team builds software in an AI-native way. You’ll be expected to operate at the frontier of AI-assisted development — selecting tools, designing agentic workflows, integrating LLMs into our products, and coaching the wider team on getting safe, high-quality output from AI. This is a technical leadership role: you will still be hands‑on, but your impact extends through the engineers around you.
