The ideal candidate has 5+ years of consumer‑brand social media experience, a proven growth track record, and strong editing skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing social media for a consumer brand with measurable growth.
• Creative leadership experience directing videographers and graphic designers.
• Proven growth track record with concrete metrics (followers, reach, engagement).
• Hands‑on editing skills using CapCut, Premiere, or Canva.
• Fluent with Meta Business Suite and major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest).
• Independent, assertive operator who drives targets without hand‑holding.

Responsibilities

• Own follower growth, reach, and engagement targets across all platforms.
• Track metrics weekly with hard numbers and report performance.
• Identify performance gaps and submit recovery plans on same‑day misses.
• Monitor brand accounts multiple times daily and respond within 24 hours.
• Develop a comprehensive monthly content calendar for all platforms.
• Lead internal or contracted creative talent and issue clear briefs before shoots.
• Manage scheduling, publishing, and inbox via Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools.
• Edit daily short‑form video and simple graphics using CapCut, Premiere, or Canva.
