Placements24 is seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to lead online engagement for our e-commerce client from a fully remote location. You will develop and execute social media strategies, manage content across platforms, and optimize campaigns to grow brand awareness and conversions.

The role requires a strong portfolio, expertise across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter and LinkedIn, plus familiarity with paid media, analytics, and remote collaboration tools.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a standout portfolio.
• Strong knowledge of social media best practices, analytics, and major platforms.
• Experience creating engaging text, image, and video content.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and advertising platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Create engaging content (text, image, video) aligned with brand voice and goals.
• Plan and execute paid social campaigns with budget management and optimization.
• Monitor channels for trends, sentiment, and competitors; provide actionable insights.
• Engage with the online community and respond to comments/messages promptly.
• Analyze performance data, generate reports, and refine strategy based on insights.
