Hire Hangar is seeking a Social Media Manager to own and scale our social media strategy. This remote role focuses on driving reach, engagement, and brand consistency while coordinating across platforms such as LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and TikTok.

The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end social initiatives, collaborate with Marketing and Content teams, and stay ahead of platform changes to optimize performance in a fast-growing, global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business.
• Remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, and experience with US or UK-based companies is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and performance metrics.
• Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end social media initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy aligned with brand and growth goals.
• Ideate, create, schedule, and optimize social content.
• Own the social content calendar across key platforms (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok).
• Analyze performance metrics and continuously optimize content based on insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Brand, and Content teams on campaigns and launches.
• Establish best practices for tone of voice and content governance.
• Stay current on platform updates and social media best practices.
