Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in social media management, with a strong focus on e-commerce.
• Demonstrable success in developing and executing social media strategies that have driven measurable business results.
• Expertise in various social media platforms, analytics tools, and advertising platforms.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the client's e-commerce goals.
• Manage and grow the client's presence on key social media platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Create engaging, high-quality, and platform-specific content (visuals, copy, video) that resonates with target audiences.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply that knowledge to increase the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Analyze social media data and metrics to provide actionable insights and performance reports to stakeholders.
• Engage with online communities, respond to comments and queries in a timely and professional manner, and foster positive brand sentiment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
