About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and team management. You will play a crucial part in the successful delivery of complex building projects, contributing directly to the company's reputation for excellence in the KwaZulu-Natal region.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Manage and direct construction personnel and subcontractors, fostering a productive and safe working environment.

• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions to keep the project on track.

Requirements
