Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years IT infrastructure experience or Advanced Diploma with 6+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and document infrastructure solutions aligned with requirements.
• Support and optimize network infrastructure including routers, switches, wireless networks, firewalls, and site connectivity.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure incidents using diagnostics, monitoring tools, and logs.
• Perform onsite infrastructure activities including hardware install, rack and stack, cabling, and asset lifecycle management.
• Lead or support infrastructure projects across multiple sites, meeting scope, milestones and timelines.
• Coordinate vendors and service providers for maintenance, installs and operations.
• Maintain reliability, capacity, performance and security through updates and lifecycle management.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, procedures, and operations materials.
