• Pr.Eng. or ECSA registration is advantageous.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in site supervision and construction engineering.
• Experience managing on-site operations for building or infrastructure projects.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control.
• Familiarity with South African construction regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all civil engineering activities on the construction site.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, schedules, and safety regulations.
• Implement and enforce strict quality control measures for all construction works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel for smooth execution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for site activities.
• Manage site resources including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Resolve technical issues and site challenges promptly.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with HSE policies.
• Liaise with project management and design teams to address queries or modifications.
