Placements24 seeks a hands-on Civil Site Engineer to oversee construction activities on projects in and around Polokwane. You will ensure work aligns with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations while coordinating with contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Candidate Engineer registration with ECSA required.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant site supervision and construction experience.
• Familiarity with construction methodologies and site management practices.
• Strong knowledge of South African construction regulations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities on civil engineering sites.
• Interpret engineering drawings and ensure construction is executed in accordance with plans.
• Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
