Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' short-term insurance experience.
• FAIS credits or RE5 advantageous.
• Knowledge of Santam systems and compliant processing.
• Strong administration and accuracy skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal and commercial short-term insurance administration.
• Process new business, including quotations, activation and compliance.
• Service existing client portfolios and process policy amendments.
• Handle renewals, reinstatements and cancellations.
• Issue policies and quotations using the Santam system.
• Obtain and compare quotations from different insurance providers.
• Handle general and commercial insurance enquiries.
• Perform basic underwriting in line with insurer guidelines.
• Complete required compliance documentation.
• Provide client service and general administrative support.
