Qualifications

• Associate degree, certification, or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive SEO experience with proven results.
• Expert-level knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO.
• Proficiency with advanced SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz, GSC, GA4).
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Exceptional analytical, reporting, and strategic planning abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee all technical, on‑page, and off‑page SEO initiatives across multiple digital properties.
• Conduct deep technical audits to improve crawlability, site speed, UX, and overall performance.
• Guide content creation through keyword strategy, content briefs, and topical authority frameworks.
• Manage link‑building strategies and authority‑building initiatives.
• Build dashboards, analyze data, and present insights to leadership.
• Collaborate with developers, content creators, designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor and oversee the SEO Marketing Specialist and support their career development.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates, emerging tools, and SEO industry innovations.
