Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of cybersecurity operations experience, with at least 3 years in leadership within a SOC.
• Proven experience managing a 24/7 SOC environment and leading security analysts.
• In-depth knowledge of SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, and other security monitoring tools.
• Strong incident response methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC are highly desirable.
