Blacksmith Agency LLC is hiring Sales Development Representatives across South Africa who are hungry to open doors and drive pipeline. You will research accounts, identify decision makers, and book discovery calls to create the first impression of Blacksmith Agency for potential clients.

As a remote, full-time role, you’ll use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SalesLoft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Salesforce to hit volume goals while maintaining high-quality outreach.

Formación

• 2 years in SDR/BDR or similar roles.
• Strong written communication and personalization.
• Experience with outbound tools and CRM platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean Salesforce and SalesLoft records.
