Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, SaaS or agency experience preferred.
• Strong written communication with ability to personalize outreach.
• Proficiency with outbound tools and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in CRM and Sales engagement tools.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
