Qualifications

• At least 2 years in an SDR/BDR role, preferably in an agency or SaaS.
• Strong written communication with the ability to personalize outreach.
• Experience with outbound tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage your own pipeline and keep CRM clean.

Responsibilities

• Source and research ideal accounts based on our ICP.
• Identify decision makers and build accurate contact lists.
• Craft and execute personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn and phone.
• Book qualified discovery calls for our Account Executives.
• Maintain clean records in Salesforce and SalesLoft.
• Test messaging, optimize targeting and tighten feedback loops with the sales team.
