You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate releases with stakeholders. The role requires strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and experience with JIRA/Confluence in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience as a Scrum Master in a Financial Services environment.
• Knowledge of agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
• Professional facilitation skills to empower the team through facilitation.
• Understand the value of team metrics and keep track of them to drive team performance.
• Ability to run and facilitate core meetings and activities: Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, story writing, sizing, prioritising, Daily standups, Sprint Reviews and Sprint Retrospectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies; remove obstacles and enable effective delivery.
• Plan and replan software releases for projects to ensure timely updates and benefits.
• Review and prioritize the backlog to optimise value and resource deployment.
• Promote a culture of innovation with ideation platforms, jam sessions, and hackathons.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints; escalate when needed.
