iLaunch (Pty) Ltd is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support the Release Train Engineer and align with Agile Release Train objectives. The role involves escalating systemic impediments and risks, and facilitating Scrum cadences with clarity to improve delivery flow.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years as a Scrum Master, preferably in Financial Services, with proven Agile facilitation and coaching skills.

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in IT or Similar.
Agile Certification is required.
6+ years experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in Financial Services.
Proven track record in Agile Frameworks and in facilitation and coaching.

Responsibilities

Provide support to the Release Train Engineer
Ensure alignment with Agile Release Train objectives
