Job summary

Boardroom Appointments seeks an experienced Scrum Master in Johannesburg to drive delivery of complex business solutions. You will coordinate multiple projects, mentor teams, and champion an agile mindset across the bank’s delivery teams.

The role requires 5+ years as a Scrum Master, ITIL certification, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Lean with exposure to investment banking being an advantage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Scrum Master delivering business solutions/applications.
• Co-ordinate the delivery of multiple projects.
• 2+ years in an IT service management role.
• Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Less).
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• ITIL certification.

• Delivery Coordination across multiple projects and teams.
• Highlight activities of team members and different project teams within the Bank.
• Sequence work and drive delivery.
• Internal Consulting on Agile to improve team efficiency.
• Vendor and procurement management with a focus on agile methods.
• Lead Agile Transformation and change initiatives within the deployment area.
• Provide reporting on project status, risks, and obstacles to stakeholders.

• 5 years plus experience as a Scrum Master in delivery of business solutions/application
