ATS Client in Cape Town seeks a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to design, configure, and implement SF modules such as Employee Central and Time Management to align HR technology with business strategy.

You will gather requirements, run workshops, perform testing, data migration, and provide ongoing support, including SAP HCM integrations. SAP SF Certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–9+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors across full lifecycle.
• EC (Employee Central) expertise plus at least one additional module.
• Certification in SAP SuccessFactors is required or strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with XML configuration, data models, and RBP.

Responsabilités

Job Description

A SuccessFactors Consultant (HR) designs, configures, and implements SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance, Time Management) to align HR technology with business strategy. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, system configuration, testing, and supporting global HR digital transformations.

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Configuration: Lead the configuration and deployment of SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements, including Employee Central (EC) and Talent modules.
• Requirement Gathering: Conduct workshops with stakeholders to map business processes, create configuration workbooks, and translate HR needs into technical solutions.
• Implementation & Deployment: Manage end-to-end implementation cycles, including data migration, testing (UAT), and system go‑live.
• System Maintenance: Provide Tier 3 support, conduct root cause analysis for issues, and manage quarterly system updates.
• Integration Support: Ensure seamless integration between SuccessFactors and existing SAP HCM or payroll systems.

Requirements

• Experience: 3‑9+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 1‑2 full‑cycle implementations.
• Module Expertise: Proven expertise in SF Employee Central (EC) and at least one other module (e.g., Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding).
• Certification: SAP SuccessFactors Certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Technical Proficiencies: Familiarity with XML configuration, Data Models, Role‑Based Permissions (RBP), and Workflow design. ABAP.
