DeARX Services is looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Consultant specialising in Employee Central (EC) and Time Management to join a leading banking organisation's HR Technology team in Stellenbosch. The role requires hands-on configuration, strong HR tech sense and the ability to translate business needs into scalable SF configurations.

You will own EC and Time Management end-to-end, stabilise the platform during transition in-house, collaborate with HR, payroll and IT, and

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of hands-on SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.
• Strong, practical experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central end-to-end configuration.
• Ability to work with business rules, workflows, validations and data management.

Aufgaben

• Manage and enhance SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central configurations.
• Configure time management, time-off, timesheets, and validations.
• Analyse issues and support testing and improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, analysts and technical teams.
• Support stabilisation activities and handover of SF functionality.
