Job summary

Vector Logistics Limited is seeking a Business Analyst HR and Modern Worker to work with HR systems, SAP HCM, and BI reporting in the Midrand office. You will identify, design and specify HR application solutions and support ongoing system improvements across HR processes.

You will collaborate with business users and technical teams to deliver sustainable SAP HR solutions, lead testing, and coordinate monthly maintenance cycles while ensuring alignment with governance and legal changes.

Qualifications

• 3 year Bachelor Degree or 4 year Diploma in Information Technology.
• More than 4 years’ experience in a Business Analyst role within an IT environment (SAP ECC 6 with HCM, Microsoft 365 and web-based apps).
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing projects with focus on performance and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate monthly SAP HCM maintenance life cycle from ticket to go-live.
• Analyse business requests and liaise with technical experts to resolve HR system issues.
• Lead user acceptance tests and go-live activities with business owners.
• Provide ongoing advice to improve HR systems and processes.
