Job summary

Vector Logistics in Midrand seeks an IT Business Analyst with SAP HCM experience to lead HR system enhancements and coordinate ongoing maintenance. You will identify solutions, liaise with business and technical teams, and ensure changes align with business needs and policy.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in a Business Analyst role within IT, strong SAP HCM knowledge, and experience coordinating multi-step project lifecycles. This is a full-time, on-site position in Midrand.

Qualifications

• 3 year Bachelor Degree or 4 year Diploma in Information Technology.
• 4+ years BA experience in IT; SAP ECC 6 with HCM, Microsoft 365 and web apps.
• Proven track record leading and delivering IT projects.
• Valid EB driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify, design and specify application solutions meeting business requirements.
• Facilitate implementation using recognised project management methodologies.
• Support and maintain existing application solutions for optimal use.
• Coordinate monthly SAP HCM maintenance lifecycle from tickets to go-live.
• Lead monthly action list sessions with business owners and specialists.
• Analyse business requests and liaise with technical experts to resolve SAP HR issues.
• Guide teams to sustainable system changes aligned with internal policies.
