Job summary

Blue Pearl PTY in Johannesburg, South Africa, is seeking a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Group Reporting to drive end-to-end design and implementation for client consolidation and reporting needs. You will translate FP&A requirements into scalable SAP architectures, design data models and reporting structures, and ensure seamless integration from SAP S/4HANA and ECC.

You will mentor junior consultants and contribute to growing FP&A capabilities.

Qualifications

• Lead end-to-end SAP Group Reporting design and implementation.
• Translate FP&A and consolidation requirements into scalable SAP architectures.
• Design Group Reporting data models, consolidation logic, hierarchies.
• Integrate data from SAP S/4HANA, ECC and external systems.
• Run workshops and build CFO/Controller relationships.
• Collaborate with teams to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Mentor junior consultants and grow FP&A capability.
• Create detailed documentation: blueprints, specs, training materials.
• Support testing (unit/UAT) and post-implementation support.
• FP&A solution experience is required.
