Job summary

BluePearl Consulting seeks an experienced SAP Analytics Cloud Planning Architect to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-wide planning and performance management solutions in Johannesburg. You will translate complex financial requirements into scalable SAC Planning designs across FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, CAPEX, sales, and operations.

You will work with CFOs and senior stakeholders, providing strategic guidance through the full implementation

Qualifications

7+ years of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) experience.
4+ years of SAP Analytics Cloud Planning implementation experience.
Experience leading multiple end-to-end SAC Planning implementations as a lead architect.
Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management processes.
Experience designing enterprise planning models and multi-model architectures.
Experience integrating SAC Planning with SAP data platforms and non-SAP systems.

Responsibilities

Define and own end-to-end SAC Planning solution architecture for enterprise planning.
Lead SAC Planning delivery from design through deployment and oversee teams.
Advise CFOs and senior stakeholders; present architecture decisions and designs.
Develop roadmaps and standards for planning design, governance, and modelling.
Design integration strategies between SAC Planning and SAP/non-SAP data sources.
Mentor consultants and team members to ensure delivery quality and knowledge transfer.
