Zusammenfassung

QE Services IT Recruitment is seeking a SAP Procurement Specialist for a Cape Town-based client on a permanent basis. You will configure, maintain and support SAP FI/GL and R2R processes, with a focus on financial closing and intercompany activities.

You will collaborate with Finance teams, use SAP S/4HANA, JIRA and SOLMAN, and contribute to process improvements, testing and documentation. A Commerce/Accounting background and 3–6 years of SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Commerce/Accounting/Financial Management/IT.
• 3–6 years' SAP FI/GL or related SAP functional experience.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA configuration and testing experience.
• Experience with intercompany reconciliation and period-end closing.
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Configure, maintain and support SAP S/4HANA financial processes including GL, intercompany reconciliation and closing.
• Investigate and resolve SAP FI incidents and posting errors.
• Analys e root causes and provide functional support via JIRA.
• Maintain GL structures, chart of accounts and ledger rules.
• Support intercompany workflows and consolidation readiness.
• Prepare functional specs, test cases and documentation.
• Execute unit/integration testing and support UAT.
• Support change delivery, transports and training.
