Zohorecruit in Cape Town seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA FI / R2R Functional Specialist to deliver system configuration, testing, and documentation across FI-GL, ICR, and R2R processes. You will engage with business users, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate closing activities.

The role requires hands-on configuration experience in SAP FI/GL, intercompany reconciliation, and closing cockpit awareness, with cross-module exposure to CO, AP, AR, and MDG considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Commerce, Accounting, Financial Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–6 years of SAP FI/R2R/GL experience with hands-on S/4HANA configuration.
• Experience with intercompany reconciliation, period-end close, and finance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform SAP S/4HANA FI configuration, support, testing, and documentation for R2R and GL close.
• Configure intercompany reconciliation rules and cross-entity settlements.
• Support period-end close, rollups, and financial reporting across sub-ledgers.
• Collaborate with AP/AR/CO for integrated postings and controls.
• Lead change delivery, testing, and user enablement in BAU operations.
