Job summary

Decision Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior SAP FICO Consultant to lead the FI/CO workstream for a subsidiary integration and dual‑ledger reporting under IFRS and US GAAP.

You will own end‑to‑end FI/CO delivery, including design, data migration, configuration, testing, cutover and hypercare, working with the DT lead and business stakeholders. The role demands 10+ years in SAP FI/CO, ECC customization, and governance across multi‑GAAP environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of SAP FI/CO functional consulting experience.
• Hands-on SAP ECC implementation or integration projects, including mergers/acquisitions.
• Experience in parallel accounting, dual-ledger reporting for IFRS and US GAAP.
• Strong data migration, testing, and cutover capabilities.
• SOX/compliance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP FI/CO workstream for the subsidiary integration.
• Own FI/CO project plan, milestones, risks, and issue resolution.
• Design, configure, and validate FI/CO solutions across GL, AP, AR, asset accounting.
• Drive data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
• Collaborate with DT, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee post-go-live hypercare and reporting.
