Job summary

Hire Resolve is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant for a multinational holding company in Gauteng. You will design, configure, test and support SAP landscapes, delivering solutions across GL, AP, AR, and other FICO areas.

Responsibilities include incident management, project coordination, documentation and end-to-end delivery, with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration with onsite teams. Shift flexibility is required to support global operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in SAP FICO design, development, implementation and project coordination.
• Proven track record of supporting multiple SAP rollouts, including at least 3 end-to-end full life-cycle implementations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and MS Office documentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work in shifts as required by global support model.

• Maintain up-to-date technical system documentation, user manuals, and training materials to elevate overall team quality and customer satisfaction.

A multinational holding company that manufactures and distributes specialty coatings, sealants, and building materials for both industrial and consumer markets, is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant to design, configure, test, and support their SAP landscape.

Responsibilities

• Support & Delivery: Manage daily incidents and change requests; act as the primary point of contact to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues promptly.

• Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with cross-functional and onsite teams to evaluate downstream impacts, mitigate risks, and ensure timely issue resolution.

Technical Expertise

• Core FICO: Proficiency in GL, AP, AR, Asset Management, Cost/Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, and COPA.

• Platforms: Strong configuration hands-on experience in both SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA.

• Integrations: Deep knowledge of FICO integration points with Logistics (MM), Sales (SD), and Production (PP) modules.

• Data & Interfaces: Strong exposure to interfaces and data extraction techniques.
