Job summary

Blue Pearl PTY in Johannesburg, South Africa is seeking a senior Finance lead to head the SAP FI workstream within the S/4HANA program. You will oversee design, build, testing, deployment and adoption across Finance.

The role requires directing delivery across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting and New GL, plus IFRS 16 and advanced close deployments, while coordinating with Finance executives and business leaders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP FI experience in large financial systems.
• Minimum 3 SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations completed.
• Experience leading finance work streams with executives and stakeholders.
• Financial Services industry experience.
• Ability to run Design Authority sessions and governance forums.
