Job summary

ATS Client in Pretoria is seeking a Senior SAP HR Integration Engineer (CPI & BTP) to serve as the digital bridge between HR systems and the wider enterprise. You will design and build real-time, secure integrations across SAP HR and SuccessFactors and downstream platforms.

You will implement integration flows using SAP CPI and SAP BTP, leverage event-driven technologies like Kafka, and ensure every message, map, and interface functions reliably in complex, enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years experience in integration roles with at least 3+ years focused on SAP HR/SuccessFactors integrations and SAP CPI/BTP.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end interface solutions in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations across SAP HR, SuccessFactors and downstream platforms.
• Implement real-time, secure data flows using CPI/BTP and event-driven tech such as Kafka.
• Provide deployment and operational support for enterprise interfaces.
