Job summary

Deloitte South Africa in Midrand is seeking an experienced SAP BI consultant to support delivery of SAP BI engagements, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with delivery managers, mentor junior staff, and contribute to developing SAC Reporting and SAP DataSphere capabilities, while upholding Deloitte policies and risk management.

Qualifications

• SAP BI experience with 6–8 years in delivering projects.
• 3 years' experience in SAC Reporting.
• 2 years' experience in SAP DataSphere.
• 3 years' experience extracting data from SAP source systems (S4HANA, SuccessFactors).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with Deloitte policies and manage risk within engagements.
• Contribute to the development, support, and enhancement of SAP BI systems, providing technical expertise across the full project lifecycle.

Main Purpose of the Role

To support the delivery of services to current clients on delegated engagements/projects, driving operational effectiveness, client satisfaction, and the development of our SAP BI capability.

• 3 years' experience extracting data from SAP source systems (S4HANA and SuccessFactors)

Desired Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years in a client-facing role
• 5 years' experience in SAC Reporting and Planning
• 3 years' experience in SAP DataSphere
• 5 years' experience extracting data from SAP source systems
• Experience with other BI tools (Qlik, Power BI, SAP BW, AWS Redshift, DataBricks)
