Qualifications

• 2–10+ years of Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP/CRM/digital platforms.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce governance, security, and best practices.
• Experience across the full SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy and support Salesforce apps.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, LWC, Visualforce and platform tech.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Clouds to meet business needs.
• Develop automations using Flows and platform tools.
• Design and implement integrations using APIs and middleware.
• Participate in architecture reviews and SDLC activities.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure Salesforce standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and maintain performance.
• Produce deployment guides and technical documentation.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum delivery teams and sprints.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure successful solutions.
